From 10 to 12 August in Moscow will be held the festival of street theater and carnival art "Once in the park." Theater groups from around the world will perform in Bauman’s garden, Kuzminki and Gorky’s park. The main motto of the holiday will be “Hooray fooling around!”, So all events will be exclusively comic in nature.
The same groups will perform all three days, but for each park they have prepared a unique program, so viewers should not limit themselves to going to one of the venues and it is better to walk all three days.
Bauman Garden
August 10, Friday
The festival opens in the Bauman Garden at 15:00 with a solemn procession of fictional characters from the works of Lewis Carroll and Daniel Harms. Jugglers and mimes will be performing all day in the Bauman garden, and the Florentine troupe Cantiere Ikrea will perform with the street performance of Babushka's Family.

The program in Kuzminki will begin at 12:00 and will be more calm and family. On the tracks and stages of the park will be Russian stuntmen “Fiery People”, St. Petersburg “Family Men” (former “Lyceums”) with the same premiere performance, “Wandering Dolls of Denis Klopov”, drummers of the Marakatu Theater and others.

The festival closes in Gorky Park, where more than 100 artists of various genres and roles will perform in one day. The highlight will be the show of the Belgian street theater Tol, which performed at the opening of the Olympic Games in London. In Moscow, artists will present the play "Heart of an Angel" with music, video projections and colorful fireworks.
