A Healthy Beat cafe has opened in the Arbat area. The menu is based on dishes from seasonal and local farm products: organic cereals, pancakes, pancakes, avocado toasts, farm yogurts with berries, bowls, salads, vegetable soups, farm chicken cutlets and wild fish. On the Nikitsky Boulevard, the second Roman pizzeria Scrocchiarella was launched. There are two halls in the new institution: the first, with large common tables, is designed for friendly dinners, the second is more chamber, with semicircular soft sofas and paired tables. By the opening of the second point, the brand chef and technologist of the Italian flour-grinding company Tiziano Casilo has developed six new pizzas, but there are also classic tastes here. Traditionally, pizza can be ordered on wheat, rice or multi-cereal dough, and any pizza costs 780, 1,500 and 1,950 rubles for sizes 35 by 25, 60 by 25 and 80 by 25 centimeters, respectively.

Sake and cocktails in Ku:

Cocktails and sake finally appeared in the Izakaya-ramen bar Ku. Chef bartender Ilya Gornostaev came up with four cocktails: Cosmojapan - the original version of Cosmopolitan on sake, Spicy Mary - Bloody Mary, where Worcester sauce and Tabasco are replaced with kimchi sauce, East of Basil - almond liqueur with sake and fresh basil and Japan Father is a variation of The Godfather on Japanese whiskey and nominal liquor. The cost of any cocktail is 440 rubles. Out of sake came unfiltered sake and table.

Eclairs festival in the confectionery "Cafe Pushkin"
